On February 7, it was reported that Alexei Vadaturskiy, founder and owner of "NIBULON", conceded 50% of shares of the company to the business structures of Yuri Ivanyuschenko.
A.Vadaturskiy personally commented the information to the press-service of the company.
According to him, there was never even any reason for emergence of such misinformation. But the "news" seriously disturbed many people who are sincerely and kindly interested in affairs of the company.
The company never hides its plans and always declares them openly. NIBULON works with world-class global banks, international financial institutions, leading Ukrainian banks, therefore such transaction simply could not go unnoticed, said A.Vadaturskiy.
According to him, the company "never had any negotiations for the sale of the complete company or its parts, including to the named person or his agencies".
The company did not realize any transactions for shares in the share capital, in particular concerning disposition or transfer of ownership or other rights, no changes in the constituent documents of the company were made, the list of participation and leadership of the company and its location did not change. There are no negotiations on the issue, and the company does not have intentions for disposal of shares in the authorized capital of "NIBULON", said A.Vadaturskiy.
