One of the largest Ukrainian producers and exporters of agricultural commodities – Agricultural Limited Liability Company Nibulon Ltd. sued against the two Ukrainian Ministries, litigating grains export quotas distribution on January 11, 2011, according to announcment of the company...
Nibulon sued against the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and the State Inspection on agricultural commodities quality controlling and market monitoring, litigating the company exclusion to the quotas imposition for wheat and maize exports. The first court session took place on March 16, 2011, in Nikolayev country administrative court.
According to Andrew Vasiliev, Deputy General Director of Nibulon, the next session will take place on March 23, 2011.
As a reminder, during grains export imposition on January 11, 2011, grain export leaders of the previous years were not able to receive them – Cargill, Toepfer, Louis Dreyfus, Soufflet Group and Nibulon. The reason was the refusal of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy to confirm grains volumes for export among the companies.
